Refund policy

If something's not working for you, no stress, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still on.

Returns within the UAE are free, and we'll arrange the pickup.

Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to show up. Store credit is instant.
